How the process works

I start by reading your manuscript to absorb voice, rhythm, and intent. Then I translate—carefully, line by line—followed by a full stylistic revision and an in-house copy line and proofread. If you want an extra set of eyes, I can arrange external proofreading. After delivery, I’m available for agreed touch-ups so your book launches exactly as you envisioned.

Rates & what to expect

My rate is €0.012/word and includes translation plus an in-house proofread. You get a ready-to-publish manuscript; formatting is not included.

Payment

Once we sign, you’ll receive a PayPal invoice. You can pay 100% upfront or 50% upfront + 50% before delivery. Work begins after the first payment arrives. (If you sign a translation contract for a series, you’ll receive a separate invoice for each book. When Book 1 is delivered, I’ll issue the invoice for Book 2, and so on throughout the series.)

Contracts & price protection

Prefer to book a whole series? Great—your contract rate is locked for the contract’s duration, even if my standard fees rise later. If you go book by book, I’ll let you know if and when updated rates apply; introductory fees don’t carry over to new contracts.
