Rules

• Event Entry Slots:

  1. Slot Early Entry: 10 AM 

  2. Slot General Admission: 11 AM​

• Gates Opening:

  • Gates open at 9 AM for Early Entry.

  • Attendees will receive exclusive Tote Bags and be divided into two groups.

  • Congress Hall doors open at 10 AM.

  • Re-entry is not permitted once you leave the hall.

• Food and Beverages:

  • Strictly prohibited inside the Congress Hall.

  • Violators will be escorted out.

  • A cash bar will be available inside the Congress Hall.

• Age Restrictions:

  • Attendees must be at least 14 years old.

  • Ages 14 to 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

  • Accompanying adults of minors up to 16 years old will enjoy reduced ticket prices (Tote Bags not included).

  • Accompanying adults are required to send an email to the organizer specifying their own first and last name, as well as those of the minor they are accompanying. This information will be used to compile the check-in list at the entrance. Please note that, without this prior communication, access may be denied at the time of ticket verification if the names do not appear on the authorized list.

  • Tickets are NON refundable.

• Media Passes:

  • Available for Booktokers, Bookstagrammers, and Bloggers.

  • Keep an eye on FIRE's social media pages and the website for the form release.

  • Passes are LIMITED and profiles will be carefully evaluated.
